Acrobat reader does not show 3D pdf

Hi, I have

MacOS SIerra version 10..12.6 and cannot open 3Dpdf in acrobat reader version 11.0.0  Is there another version or some setting I need to switch on ? br Asger

    Hi Asgerg,

    Sorry for taking so long in responding to your query.

    Try updating Reader to the latest version and check if that resolves the issue. Launch Reader > click Help > check for updates. Reboot the machine after installing the update and try again.
