Acrobat reader no longer wants to convert my PDFs to docx

Question

I'm having an issue on my phone where acrobat reader mobile is no longer converting my files from pdf to docx it used to work great until a week ago please help me with this issue I will attach the pictures when it converts it doesn't convert it correctly I've been doing this for months and it worked no issue now this is happening please help me I posted pics from start to finish please look at every pic last pic is where it's converted but it's all jumbled and missing pieces

Which add-on plan do you have for Acrobat Reader that will allow you to convert from PDF to Word?

I'm sorry, but I did not click your seven images one at a time to view them. It's best to use the Insert Image button (mountain and sun) in a reply window so they are inline.
