When attempting to open Adobe Acrobat, I keep getting an error that says 'An internal error occured.'. I tried searching for this issue and it seems to go back as far as 2009. Has Adobe provide a solution for this yet? It only started occuring once I paid for the subscription version of this software in which the irony is just bewildering to me. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the same version again but its just seems to be a due to corrupted software provided by Adobe. Any suggestions/recommendations are appreciated.
Not getting any support from Adobe at the moment, but in case anyone else is experiencing the same issue, reverting back to the free version solves the issue. It has something to do with the paid version of Adobe that is causing the issue. I'd highly discourage anyone from upgrading if they're relying on a functioning version of the pdf reader.
