Adobe Acrobat DC doesn't work

I'm using windows 10 last edition, I installed Adobe Acrobat DC but it doesn'work to open PDF neither to open the program. I followed all the item (update, correct  and so on )that Adobe support suggested but bthe program doesn't work!
