User is unable to save changes in Adobe Acrobat in SharePoint 2010.

User is getting error as "Adobe Acrobat cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again".

We have checked the add on (Adobe  PDF Reader) is also enabled and also we have added SharePoint account in Acrobat.

User is using Windows 7, we also tried to uninstall and install the Adobe but still getting the same error.

Please could any one suggest on this issue.

Thanks.

Hi Praveenar,

Apologies for the delay in response and the trouble caused, I hope you would be able to fix it by now.

If the problem still persists, as stated above you are getting an error message while saving the PDF file on share point, correct?

Please try to download the PDF file locally on your computer and try to save and check if you are getting the same error?

Also, please try to update the application to the latest version 19.12.20036. Go to Help > Check for Updates. To know more about the latest version available please refer to the link - DC Release Notes ā€” Release Notes for Acrobat DC Productsā€‹

Let us know if that works for you

Amal
