Hello @Galeon292135468lul
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your PDF files. I understand how frustrating it can be when technology doesn't work as expected.
Let's start by checking if the issue is specific to a particular PDF file. Please try opening a different PDF file and see if you encounter the same problem. If the file is stored on a shared network or drive, try downloading it to your computer locally and then opening it.
Next, let's make sure that you have the latest version of Acrobat DC installed. To do this, go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have version 23.01.20093 installed. If not, go to Help > Check for updates and install the latest version. Once done, please restart your computer and try opening your PDF file again.
If the issue persists, you can try repairing the installation from the help menu (Windows only).
Additionally, resetting the Acrobat preferences to default may also help. You can find instructions on how to do this in the link https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
If none of the above steps work, you can also try creating a new test user profile with full admin rights on Windows or enabling the root account on MAC and see if the application works properly there.
I hope these steps help resolve your issue. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Regards
Amal

Hi there
We are sorry to hear that the issue still persists. Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud, generate the link, and share that link with us for further investigation.
Regards
Amal
