Adobe Acrobat Pro

Windows 11 Enterprise

Microsoft Office

(I'll supply version numbers when I can, but it's safe to assume that it's the latest available version of everything. )

I'm a Tier 1 tech working for a county government and I'm having trouble with a certain machine in the clerks department.  This started with another issue with her PDFs of scanned pages saving just fine, but upon opening the file afterwards some of the pages in the file would be enlarged 1.5x the size of the original scanned pages.  The problem occurred spontaneously and was caused by a corrupt profile.  While I was troubleshooting the problem, however, I uninstalled and reinstalled adobe which caused this error to begin.

Whenever she tries to share a PDF from Adobe through outlook, we get the error message "An Error Occurred While Sending Mail."  Of course she can still get her work done by attaching the pdf to the message via outlook, but I need recommendations anyhow.  My supervisor asked me to confirm the presence of two Adobe add-ons in Outlook,  which were present.  There was another recommendation about Enabling Cashed Exchange Mode, it was already enabled.  I've repaired Office, error persists.
