Adobe Acrobat Reader asking for login

New Here ,
Oct 04, 2021 Oct 04, 2021

I work for a company who uses a Remote Desktop Server and we have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Recently we have been having issues where it keeps asking for an Adobe username and password. As this is a free version of the software, it is my understanding that this does not require an account.

If i close the login request then i am not able to read my PDF, and most of my work revolves around PDF documents.

I have asked my IT company to remove the application from the server, but this now will not uninstall, does anyone have any suggestions?
