Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (32 bit) - Unable to find suitable font for Simplified Chinese encoding

Hi,

I got this error message when open up a file. Please assist.

I tried download the font package from http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=4883, but it says:
