Adobe Reader after affixing digital signature form gets Blank

After affixing Digital Signature on e-Form (MCA web Portal- India) the eForm wherein details were filled in gets blank. But while reopening the same eForm, the details are there in the form along with the Digital Signature. But while uploading the same form over a Government Portal, it throws me an error showing Digital sign not attached.

 

Pls. help me resolve the issue

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, after digitally signing the PDF form it appears blank and you are getting the error digital sign not attached when uploading the document to government portal.

 

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error message for a better understanding?

 

What are the steps you are doing to fill and sign the PDF form? If you are filling the form online, please download the PDF form on your computer locally and then try to fill and digitally sign it and check if that works

 

Also make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed. Go to Help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Thanks for the reply AMAL,

 

Adobe is updated (Version XI) and performed update and reapir option availble after downloading ADOBE READER. many times.

I am using (OS - Windows 10)

Adobe is put as defalult app.

 

 

Step I have to folow as per Government Portal is bellow.

1) I Have to fill the Form online on the portal itself,

2) after form is duly filled in, I have to perform prescrutinty chek

3) After Prescrutiny only I can download PDF form.

4) Then I have to affix Digital signature using "CA TRUST KEY USB TOKEN"

 

Earleir there wasn't any issue as such then I was able to do it. its only since past few days it is showing this kind of error.

 

Kindly assist in resolving these.

Hi there

 

As described you are using the USB token device to add the signature to the document. Please check for any missing/pending update for the token device driver and see if that works for you.

You may also get in touch wit the token device support team for more information.

DSC token is not an issue for sure.

 

as I tried to do the same from collegue Laptop and had no issue in either form or DSC. 

there has to be some issue in adobe in my laptop only.

Hi there

 

Thanks for sharing the information. As mentioned , its working fine on the collegue laptop with no issues. Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows or enable the root account in MAc and try using the application there.

Hi Amal Thanks a lot,

 

Creating another user as suggested by you did help me.

I uninstalled Adobe from Original user id.

Then installed Adobe into newly created USER (Giving admin rights)

and in new user id that problem is not coming.

 

But, in Original User id (Where I am used to work) the issue continues. After affixing Digital sign the PDF Form goes blank. 

 

Is there any solution to this, as I will have to chose user ID's quite often now. For sigining PDF's using Digital Signatures.

It seems to be some issue with the regular user profile. Please try to repair the regular user profile having the issue and see if that helps.
