Action taken:

Reinstalled with the latest version.

Tried various crash-based articles from Adobe & Google.

Workaround:

Reverted back to Adobe Reader 11 [old] version.

Please suggest the cause based on event logs.

I understand you are working hard to fix this long pending item, however it is too late. And so it is urgent now. 

Could you please guide me to understand the post from Genilan, posted on Sep 22, 2021.
