Adobe Reader Error 10:10 (IE 11)

Hello.

I have about 250 machines on our domain and starting a few days ago, my users cannot open a PDF within Internet Explorer. Trying to do so gives the following: 

"There is a problem with Adobe Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (10:10)"

Of course manually killing any Adobe process does not work. I have tried disabling enhanced security as well as Protected Mode at Startup, which has corrected these errors in the past. However, my only solution for now has been to disable the Adobe Reader add-on for Inter Explorer 11. When this is disabled, it prompts the user to either open or save the document, which works fine. 

However, the PDF should be able to open in the browser as it's expected. I'm hoping someone can offer some insight because I have tried every solution Google has brought me to.

Hello MeenakshiNegi, I have placed a ticket in with Adobe and would like to get this DLL as well to try. Are you able to send this to me so I can test this in our enviroment to see if this works for us? We are showing the same symptoms as stated that the OP has stated.

I would appreciate this as we need a fix for deployment.

This needs to be fixed permanently, not secretly providing a fix only for those who post on this thread.  What is the workaround?  Please escalate this to development for a permanent solution.

Could you please send the test dll fix my way as well. We have users with both Adobe reader and Pro who are expeirencing this issue. While we've tried to download the newer version of the software and reset their browser, its only worked for one user so far out of the handful we have.
