Adobe reader gets crashed in edit and fillable feild

When the PDF is opened for the first time in editable form

> We add the data in the pdf and click on the Save button after entering all the data in text inputs. The data gets saved.

> Now we close the Adobe Reader & again we open the PDF with Adobe Reader,

Issue: The file gets opened for a few seconds and the Adobe app closes by itself (just like app crash behavior)

The adobe version used: DC June 2024 (24.002.20857)

Please share test file also with which crash is reproducible. Is this happening with only form PDF files or any PDFs?

This is the Editable Sample PDF I have used. It happens in all PDFs
