Adobe Reader interactive pdf

We have a pdf that works for some users and not for others. It has options to select and then a score is presented at the bottom of the PDF.

We tried this on older versions of Reader and this is not working either and we are currently using the latest version of adobe.

We have reinstalled the Adobe Reader and removed Appdata for adobe and this made no difference.

Any help would be great.

How does you create the score?

it should self create the score for you this is what the issue is.

There seems to be absolutely nothing in the form to do any kind of calculation or scoring. Maybe there once was, but there is nothing there now. It might be that the JavaScript was removed by some kind of security at your organization, check back in the original.

Hi @Godstowe5E61

Would you mind elaborating on it a bit more, as you have mentioned about the score presented at the bottom? What does that mean? Is it something enabled in the PDF itself that displays the Score?

A screenshot would be more helpful in understanding the exact issue. If possible, please share the sample file.

Also, open Reader>help>About Acrobat Reader, take a screenshot of the exact version, and share it here.

Thanks,

Akanchha

As you can see we are using the latest version of adobe, we have options to fill in and there should be a generated score for them the answers filled in.

Are you absolutely sure it is being opened in Reader? I ask because many people say this, but when we look at a screen shot, we can see the file is in a web browser or something else.
