I try to open  one pdf file created from costal logic software  in adobe reader and this error message will present. watermark added by coastal logic disappeared, however, the PDF can be opened in nuance PDF software whithout any issues. watermark and any stamping info show up correctly.  I tried to analyst the structure of this PDF via itext java and it is ok.

I am wondering what kind of issues.

Best Regard.

Adobe reader version is :

2015 Release | Version 2015.006.30201.

In most situation, Watermark and stamp can be viewed in Adobe Reader, only a few documents have this issues.

This original PDF file can be opened in the Reader perfectly before rendering via Coastal Logic.

Best Regard.

You can download update manually from here: 15.006.30280 Optional update — Acrobat and Adobe Reader Release Notes

Thank You,
