At least one signature has problems

Hi all,

We just got the following issue when trying to sign a document in adobe reader with a A1 corporate certificate from SERASA RFB AUTHORITY.

"At least one signature has problems"

I saw some articles relating the step-by-step below:

• Click on “Signature Panel” button on the left hand side of Adobe Reader / Acrobat
• Right click on the listed signature
• Click on “Show Signature Properties”
• Click “Show Certificate button” (under the summary tab)
• Click “Trust” tab
• Click “Add to Trusted Identities”
• Adobe Security window opens, click “OK”

And ok, it worked for me, but we must send the documento to some government agencies and obviously, we can't write in email message "hey, please, when open the pdf, do the follow steps".

So, is there any way to solve this issue?

Two months ago we had no problems like this with the same certificate.
