Bug - forced smooth scrolling in "Single Page Continuous" view

Hi, I don't know when this started, but I'm pretty sure that after some update Adobe Reader now uses smooth scrolling on "Single Page Continuous" view and I can't find any way to disable it. I'm using Windows 8.1 and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2017.012.20098. Please fix this ASAP.

    Hi Kapela,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

Please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue or it is resolved.

We did check the scrolling function on Adobe Reader DC in Windows environment. It is working fine.

I would suggest updating the application to latest patch available.

For information on updates, you may refer this link Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Feel free to update the thread if you need any help.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi

Doesn't anyone else experience this problem? Am I the only one?

    Yep, here. Same exact thing.

But scrolling backwards - wich makes it even more annoying.

It just started, for no apparent reason or trigger. Found nothing online, except this.

So I tried the scrolling shortcuts.

'Ctrl' zooms into the doc, for some reason.

And 'Ctrl and Shift' zooms out instantly, to show me the pages around the page I'm currently on.

'Ctrl and Shift and H' does nothing more.

This issue makes the whole reader unusable.

Ok. For me it seems to have been a bug related to Windows which I realized when it still was there using other programs. I did a hard reset and the scrolling seems to be gone for now. It had nothing to do with the mouse or keyboard, I checked that. And yeah, it had nothing to do with the Adobe Reader.
