Bug in Adobe Reader when entering text field

Hi Folks,

 

Not sure where to flag it; but maybe this forum is a good place. We are using Adobe 2020.013.20066 and all our team experience the same bug. When entering a text block using Fill & Sign; the entered text not only appears on the page where it was originally entered but it them 'appears' on random page throughot the document. When text from these incorrect pages is deleted, then it as well deletes itself from the page where the entry was done intentionally (originally). Ref. attached example.

 

This is very annoying as we rely on this functionality for professional use.

 

Can you please advise?

    Yes, I have marked your suggestion about sharing pdf file as correct. Thanks for that btw!

     

    However, the system marked the entire thread as resolved. As the initial question is still open, I have 're-resolved' the thread to allow someone to maybe explain  any potential work-arounds for the Adobe's bug.

    I don't know why this happens. I can't see this issue on my system.

    This is clearly a system bug that requires a fix. What are the channels to make Adobe aware of that fact so patch can be issued?

    Hi Bernd,

     

    thanks for coming back so promptly. I have just downloaded a random pdf file from the internet, and the same phenomena happens. Entries were only made on Page 2, however you can see them appearing on pages 13 and 14.

     

    Can you please advise how to share a pdf file here? Can't see any obvious method. Only images and videos.
