Can't copy and paste from a pdf file

I’m using: Acrobat Reader DC

Version: 2019.010.20069

I'm able to select text

Content Copying is: Allowed

Instead of text I get characters ( __!"_#_$ )

Using windows 10

    You can't solve it if you only have the free Reader. Report the issue to the author of the file.
