This is crazy solution, but it works. But you have to realy set exactly the same page size resp. in my case for example original page size was 210,61 x 297,75 mm. When I tried to set correct A4 dimensions 210 × 297 mm Acrobat pop the error: "Page size may not reduced" LOL !! So Then when I set w: 210,61 h: 297,75 and then applied offset (x: +10 y: -10), and confirm changes by pressing OK. YES it finaly move the content of the page.
So fast way (Windows) for nex time: Ctr+Shift+P (Set Page Boxes) > there Change Page Size > Custom width and height exactly the same or bigger (in my case i set 211 × 298) and set offset as you like (in my case X positiv values nad Y negative).
I'm crying here in despair over what I'm actually paying money for! It's crap. Something as simple as adding margins! It's a joke.
