change of new profile

Ive changed companies working on Acrobat DC pdf editor

My CTO sent me a download link with download code from a re-seller and now i cant find anywhere to enter the security patch Good Day,

My Mac doesnt recognise this link ive managed to download it but assumes my old profile please advise how do I get access to this product
