Collection of PDFs created by AI assistant - references missing

I am chatting with the AI Assistant and it assessed 9 PDFs with scientific articles. It gave me a good summary of important information from all of them. In the chat, it uses numbers representing the reference/literature/paper from which that information was taken.

However, when I copy the chat (or only the answer) these numbers (and hence all literature citations) disappear. I need a way to save these numbers/citations with the text from the chat so I can refer to them later.

The assistant can't give me a list of the PDFs in the collection either, no matter how I ask!

I can't save the collection either, so there is no way to know which documents were used after I close the app!

Any help on how I can solve this?
