Digital Signatures not Displaying Correctly

See attached screen shot of digital signatures not appearing correctly.

I can see signature fields, shows all signatures are valid.

I have created about 2 dozen files today to be digitally signed.

I have one employee that this has been an isssue for a couple of weeks.

If they sign 1st, then all other signatures do not display correctly. If they sign 2nd or later, their signature displays correctly.

I have told them to create a new digital signature file.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Could you share a sample file with us? What application (including exact version number) are you and the other person using?

The PDF file was converted from Word to a PDF. I currently use Acobat Pro 2017.011.30188 to create PDFs.

The user is using the most recently release of Adobe Reader DC

ES-20-39 Rev B - the user signed 1st

ES-20-39 Rev B Test 2, I signed 1st, then the same used signed and thier signature appearance is correct.

Will not let me insert pictures. I keep getting 'An Unexpected Error has occured' when I insert pictures

You can attach it to the original message using the tiny paperclip icon at the bottom when you edit it, or upload it to a file-sharing website (like Dropbox, Google Drive, Adobe Cloud, etc.), generate a share link and then post it here.
