DOWNLOADING Acrobat Reader - infinite loop of despair and disappointment

I'm trying to download Acrobat Reader DC and I'm being thrown into a loop that doesn't allow for installation or download.

Is adobe's website Broken, or Hacked?

I've downloaded the product hundreds of times - leading me to believe it may not be me, I'm trying to follow directions, but there aren't many.  This is supposed to be simple, right?

I even requested and was approved to distribute Acrobat Reader, since it is easier to just get the downloaded installer from our server, and I do this fairly often.

Even the distribution page has NO DOWNLOAD LINK

What Gives?????

You can get the full installer directly from Adobe's FTP site, here: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/

Is there anymore response to this question?
I too am wanting to download Adobe Reader. I am from an enterprise company, so proxy prevents direct connection to external sites for downloading.

Therefore I need to download this Adobe Reader standalone install, and make it available internally.

When clicking on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions   , all I get is a downloader. Why can't I just get the package by itself?
