Duplex printing option not displayed but duplex option is enabled in printer properties

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post to this forum.

I am trying to print a PDF document on both sides of the paper, but the option for that is not showing.  I did look at the suggested fixes - but they don't help me.  I went into my Control Panel and checked printer properties and duplex printing is there and is enabled.  If want to print a Microsoft Word document, under properties, the checkbox for duplex is there and works.

I have a new Dell Win10 (x64), Canon MG6120 printer, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC ver.2019.021.20061

Any help will be very much appreciated.
Thank you.

My most sincerest and humble apologies to everyone.

It is "user error" on my part.

The problem is "solved" - the answer was that when opening the print option in that PDF, the printer automatically defaulted to "Microsoft Print to PDF".

I never even noticed that as in the past, it has always defaulted to my MG6120.

I changed the printer and now the option is there.

My apologies for taking everyone's time with this.

Perhaps, in the unlikely event, someone else is being stumped over this - a quick check

Perhaps, in the unlikely event, someone else is being stumped over this - a quick check at the selected printer (so very easy to just not notice) might be the solution for them too.

Thank you all again.
