Hi andrewf39084985 ,

This issue has been fixed in the latest release, could you please try updating Reader DC and see if that works.

Launch Reader>navigate to Help menu>Check for Updates.

What is the version of Reader DC you are running on your machine?

Under Help menu>select About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Let me know the results.

Thank You,

Shivam

I have the same problem, and I just installed the latest version of Reader DC. The email button will not launch.

I am running:

Win 7 pro 64-bit

Reader DC 15.020.20042

Outlook Professional 2016
