Em Inglês o texto diz "This file claims compliance with the PDF/A standard ....

Hi @VADD,

Hope you are doing well.

Thank you for bringing this up with us. Would you mind sharing a few details so we can share this further with the team:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader you are using;

2. The operating system you are using and its version;

3. The actual language of the system and the application you have isntalled.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @S. S

Thank you for your reply to my message.

1 - Version of Acrobat Reader :  2022.003.20282

2- I'm using Windows 10 pro 64 bits version 10.0.19044.2251

3 - The language of the system is Portuguese ( PT-BR)

I think this problem occurs in others versions of Windows and Adobe Reader too.  I'll try to test this in others environments and report back.

Thanks in advance,

Hi, @S. S

This problem happens with any file in PDF/A format. It's not correlated with a specific file.  Anyway, I uploaded the requested file.

Thanks,
