Error signing documents with certificate

Buenos días, tenemos constancia que desde día 3 de octubre de 2022 , todos los certificados digitales de persona física no pueden utilizarse para firmar en Adobe reader, si en otras aplicaciones, durante muchos años jamás hubo ningún problema en Adobe Reader, se ha probado con todas las versiones de Adobe Reader y en los certificados anteriores al 3 de octubre de 2022 no hay problema pero los posteriores impide firmar, es como si no reconociera el certificado.Error firma adobe FNMT actual.jpg

Hola, parece que seguimos con el mismo problema; ni Adobe ni Ceres nos dan solución...

 

Como alternativa, si necesitáis firmar un documento urgentemente, podéis usar Autofirma. Saludos.

Share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine: Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 2022.003.20258. Machine: MacBook Pro macOS Monterey Version12.6

- Does it happens to the Digital signature that has been created recently? Yes, It is a certificate downloaded on October 9 from the FNMT (https://www.cert.fnmt.es/)

- Did you make any recent changes that might have caused this issue? No change that I am aware of, except to replace the expired certificate with the new downloaded one.

Buenos días chicos,

 

Definitivamente algo ha pasado con las últimas versiones de Adobe y los nuevos certificados digitales de la FNMT.

Estos últimos han hecho algunos cambios en las propiedades de los mismos y probablemente hayan provocado un conflicto con los certificados de confianza de Adobe... Tras trastear un poco, la solución más simple que A MI me funcionó es la siguiente:

 

- DESINSTALAR TOTALMENTE la versión actual instalada en tu equipo

- INSTALAR LA VERSIÓN 11.0.0 del ADOBE ACROBAT XI PRO

- Una vez se inicie y te pregunte si quieres descargar los últimos certificados de confianza o alguna actualización de algo... Dejadle claro que NO.

 

Y no tiene más... Probadlo, ojalá os sea de ayuda mientras no dan una solución real.

Yes, i couldnt find the actual 11.0.0 but i tried with 11.0.11 and 11.0.23
and the only difference is that a new "signed" document was created but
when opened the actual signature was not there because of certificates
validation issue. I did not manager to manually validate the signature so
my issue is not solved ☹️

The signature does not appear anywhere on the document, it just gives me a
note on top left corner that something went wrong with the signature and
that i need to validate it, which i cannot, thus no signure will appear ☹️

Gracias, si que he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar la versión más reciente y sigue sin solventarse el porblema. No puedo instalar una versión más antigua porque la versión de adobe que uso pertence a una cuenta "Adobe para empresas" y creo que no puedo instalar una versión más antigua.

 

No obstante, entiendo que esa es una solución provisional y que en algún momento la versión más reciente debe dejar firmar con un certificado digital del a FNMT. Como solución provisional uso el DNIe que ese si que me lo reconoce.

Entiendo Pablo,

 

Lamento que no puedas trastear demasiado.

 

Se me ocurre que, como alternativa, elimines todos los certificados de confianza y veas cómo se comporta el programa. Podrías incluso tratar de instalar únicamente una versión antigua de estos certificados (Aunque desconozco cómo podrías hacerlo más allá de instalando una versión antigua del Adobe y negarle que se actualicen).

Yo sigo manteniendo la sospecha de que ahí tiene que estar la clave de todo este problema.

 

Os sigo leyendo, a ver si entre todos encontramos una solución efectiva.

Tengo el mismo problema.

Certificado FNMT 27/10/22 y AR a la última versión.

El certificado anterior si tira, aparece para firmar, pero obviamente está revocado 😕

Esperando solución.
