Getting too many sign-in prompts

This issue isn't just limited to the Reader, even Photoshop, Lightroom and Adobe Stock website, have been asking for sign-in more often lately. It's just annoying. 

Especially with Reader desktop app, the sign-in pop-up hangs for a few minutes before I can enter my credentials. I don't have the Reader's subscription, so I don't care to login if I just want to see a quick pdf.
