HELP! the instruction at 0x602c4d8c referenced memory at 0x00000280. The memory could not be read

Hello, the company I work at have started to experience this error message whenever we go on to close a pdf file:

"the instruction at 0x602c4d8c referenced memory at 0x00000280. The memory could not be read"

The program works fine but this error message annoys our staff. How can I remove it? Is there a way to do it? I tried reinstalling it but it still appears. If we "click" somewhere in the pdf and then close it, the error message does not pop up, It only pops up if we go to close the PDF without clicking anywhere on it.

thanks.

What I have found is that changing the enhanced security settings to off does work, see if yours match the screenprint of ours. If they already match, I also found that changing a setting, saving it and then changing it back again seemed to work even though nothing was actually different in the end.

I did also find that changing the compatibily settings to windows 7 worked, but yo then lost the ability to be able to request signatures, if you don't use that feature then maybe that fix will work.

Please let me know if either are sucessful.

Same here, looking for a fix but can't find one. Affects all users at a client site.

Is there a link to the reported issue? there is a heap of discussions around this. Is there a work around?

We have one particular client who has this issue. This client has WIP.

Needing a solution, and more information.
