Program states I need a later version of PDF viewer, to go to adobe.com to download.  Download latest version 11.0.03 and still says I need a later version.  Computer says I have downloaded already.  Gives code 0 when I try to download again.  HELP!!!

I had the same problem with a Canadian Immigration document. My Adobe reader was up-to-date. I switched from Firefox to IE to open it, and it worked fine.

What hat means is that the website's browser JavaScript to check for the Adobe Reader browser plug-in version is incorrectly identifying the version of Reader.  You might want to mention that to them if you haven't already.

On Canadian website when you click to download something it comes up to view the full contents of this document you need a later version of the PDF viewer.  You can upgrade to the latest version of adobe reader from Adobe.com.  It then has a link to Adobe.  I downloaded the latest version of Adobe and it still gives me the same msg as before with latest version downloaded.

Thanks for asking and your help.  I am stuck.
