How can i do a pdf file download without open the file

Hi you all!

Every time I do a pdf file download the acrobat reader open it automatically.

I already try hard to find how to configure it to just do nothing but I fail.

please someone knows how can i configure the acrobat reader for to do a download of an pdf file without open it automatically?

    This is nothing to do with Reader. Really, nothing to do with Reader. An app downloads a file (the app, a browser, email app or whatever). The app MIGHT choose to open the file. If it decides to open the file, it will ask Reader.

    Reader doesn't even know the file was just downloaded. So you need to look for how to fix or change the downloading app; you'll never find an option in Reader.

    Alternately, you can simply right-click the link to the file and choose to save it.
