Over 300 pages but only want to print the highlighted text done by originating party?  (I did not highlight the text in the original document sent to me)

Thank you in advance for the help!

    Hello ericj32904147

As per the description above, you want to print the highlighted text in a PDF file, Is that correct?

Please refer to the following KB docs which discuss the similar scenario How can I print highlighted text? Link https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1844596

Print comments | Adobe Acrobat, Reader Link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/print-comments-acrobat-reader.html

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

    Hi Anand Sri,

I believe what the original poster (and what I'm wondering too) is if we can print only pages with highlights. In other words, is there a way to specify for Acrobat to only print those pages with highlights?

The only way I've been doing it is by hand: looking through the doc and writing down all the pages that have highlights so that I can just enter the page numbers in the print screen. This is fine when I'm doing it for a few docs, but I've been here all day with several more docs to go.

And I already know I can print the document and have a comment summary for only the pages with comments, but if all I've done is highlight changes for example, the summary shrinks the whole document down to just point out areas that are highlighted (which serves no purpose if they're already highlighted).
