How to compress a PDF Portfolio??

I'm trying to send a PDF portfolio through e-mail, but the PDF is way to large.  It's 31MG.  When I go to compress the PDF Port in Acrobat, the reduce size PDF is in grey and I can't click on it.  Any suggestions?

    I have a file that has been e-signed and will not allow me to reduce the size.  Directions say to go to documents and change the setting, and that doesn't work either.  Any option with a document that's been e-signed?

    No. A digital signature prevents the file from being edited.

    Not possible with Acrobat Reader.

    Ok. The pdf contains videos


    Then you can't reduce the PDF file.
