How to create multiple copy of same forms that sources all information from the main form?

Hello,
I want to create a pdf file that will consist of 24 identical forms (see picture below).

I would like these forms to duplicate information filled in one of them.

So... for example when I write the name in the first form (let's say, top left form) this information is automatically populated on all 23 other forms on the page.
Same with address, etc.

Is it possible? If so, how can I do it?
