How to disable 3d measure tool in acrobat reader dc

I am using acrobat pro 2020 dc(OS:Win 10) for 3d-pdf.

I tried below things to disable 3d measure tool. There is no problem when opening 3d pdf file in acrobat pro dc.

However, just only 3d measure tool is visible in acrobat reader dc even though I protected file at pro dc.

Please help me to solve this problem.
