How to enable & validate both English & Arabic characters in PDF FORM fields using Adobe JavaScript?

I want to enable & validate both English & Arabic characters in PDF FORM fields using Adobe JavaScript. i am using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Validations (mandatoryspecial character/Alphanumeric Speical Character etc) etc are required. Also we need to set Arabic Characters as encoded mode in barcode field as well.

Acrobat Pro from version 1 till now can search and find Arabic text in a PDF without an issue. I answered this in this topic.
