How to install further languages?

Installed Product: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (32-bit) - 21.001.20155 - 615 MB.

Windows 10 (64-bit) 20H2

1. Edit → Preferences ... (Ctrl + K)
2. Category: Language
3. Application Language - available options:
   1. English
   2. Choose at application startup
   3. Same as the operating system
4. OK and X to exit the application
5. Start Adobe Acrobat Reader
6. It doesn't matter what I select - I can't change to German.
7. Category: Spelling
8. Add... - available options
   1. English (Canada)
   2. English (United Kingdom)
   3. English (United States)
9. How to install Dictonary German?
