Hi,

When I select a page and try to rotate it, all the pages in the file change.

How can I rotate only one page at a time?

Hi @Michael Weasel

Thanks for reaching out.

We believe you are working with the freeware Adobe Acrobat Reader. With Reader, you can only rotate the view of a PDF file. And that (rotation) would be applied to the entire file in one go.

To rotate an individual page, you must use the Organize Pages tool. And this feature is available with a subscription version only.

Hope this answeres the question.

Why on earth would the ability to rotate just one single page be gatekept behind a paid subscription?! If Adobe already had some bad PR with its practices up to this point, then this certaintly does not help.

Because Reader is a viewer of PDF files, not an editor. And this is nothing new, it has always worked that way.
