How to sign with an image when you've already used a certificate on another document.

Half the time I need to sign documents with a certificate.   The other half I need to sign with an image of my physical signature.  However once I sign something with a certificate, there seems to be no way to get that copy of reader to sign a document with an image.   Is there a way to make this happen?
