Install problem

Hi,

My Adobe Reader was suddenly crushed and I can't use it to open any file.

So I try to uninstall it and then install it again.

But during the install process, I encounter the problem many times as the picture.

I keep trying, but I still can't solve this problem.

Can anyone help me?

    Hi Dorothyh,

    Is it a personal computer or work which is managed by your IT team? Do you have Admin rights to install any application?

    Looking at the error message, it seems that there is some trouble running the installer.

    You may use the cleaner tool once to remove the application completely- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and try installing it again through- Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
