I want to download multiple files, but not as a ZIP. Is there any way to disable the default behavior?

    Not possible.

You can extract the documents from the zip file.

Download one file after the other.

Right. I can do that as a work-around. Is there any way to download multiple files without it turning into a ZIP?

Ok, so it's downloading files FROM Document Cloud USING Acrobat Reader. I see what you mean, but I don't ever do that, so let's see if someone else has any idea how to manage this.

Sorry, I assumed this was the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC forum. From within AARDC > go to any folder that has multiple documents > check the boxes next to them > Download. It ALWAYS downloads multiple files as a ZIP. Is there a way to turn this off?
