It does not print from Adobe Reader

Hi, I'm having trouble printing with adobe acobat reader DC.
Whenever I try to print, it doesn't print; going to see the system events there is an error caused by the application splwow64.exe
I tried to uninstall and reinstall by cleaning the registry with Cclenear,
i tried to log in as administrator, but nothing always the same error.
If I try to print the same pdf with other software, it prints easily.
Windows 10 pro x64 version 1909.
How can I solve it? thank you all in advance
