I want to share a link I have to a file on my windows network. Let's say I'm looking at foo.pdf, and I want to share that file with Jane, maybe emailing her a link. So the location of the file is

\\server\dept_stuff\interesting\foo.pdf

Is there a way somewhere in Acrobat to get this link? So I can tell others where it is, and they can bask in the brilliance of this unbelievably interesting file?

So in recent versions of Excel, or Word, I click the File menu and there's a nifty little thing under the "Info" heading, where I click the location and a "Copy to link to clipboard" item comes up. Handy! Looking for that same thing in Acrobat. TIA!

Sorry that's not what I'm looking for. It uploaded it to the cloud. I want to leave it in place, it's not appropriate for me to copy this file to the cloud. So I'm guessing the feature I'm looking for just doesn't exist, I'll have to do this old school: copy the UNC path, then copy the file name.
