Every other App is able to print. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the application and print driver. Out of desperation, I updated the OS, and I still cannot print.
Right now, I'm still receiving the error. My environment:
MacOS: 10.13.1
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous Release
Version 2018.011.20036
Architecture: x86_64
Build: 18.11.20038.267465
AGM: 4.30.74
CoolType: 5.14.5
JP2K: 1.2.2.39492
Any thoughts? Are there logs I can look at or tracing I can enable to identify the point of failure?
Best,
-Pat
HI All,
We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused, the issue was addressed with the latest patch release of Acrobat/Reader, please install the latest patch from help>check for updates, or manually from DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
Reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and check.
Let us know how it goes and share your observation.
Thanks,

This is not shocking since my entire company was dealing with having to find an adobe replacement when Catalina dropped. It is not a secret the updates are happening and my son (an apple genius and engineer) said it is a severe weakness on the part of adobe to be able to properly communicate with Apple. It is December and I am STILL having these issues. It gets old REALLY fast.

I am experiencing the same problem since I updated my iMac. I can print from my iPhone and iPad but not from my iMac. I disabled enhanced security settings and still have the same problem.

Look earlier in this thread and follow the link changing instructions. Still works. Adobe needs to address this chronic issue.

Why are we still having this issue in 2023? I have a copy of acrobat pro and pay a monthly service for adobe... I cannot print from my computer with Acrobat Pro 2017 and should not be having these issues. Your responses with the *patch* does not work and goes to a bad page.

I am still having this same problem in Jamuary 2023. Very frustrating because I pay Adobe on a monthly service fee. Every other app prints fine on my computer.

Really Adobe ? Is this the best you can do ? I can print fine from Preview and anything else but NOT from Acrobat. The first message abut this was SIX YEARS AGO ! This needs to be fixed !
Despite what you think oin the above message, this problem has NOT been fixed. I am running the current versions of everything adobe, and am still having this issue !

This worked for me. In the Print Window, Click on Advanced which appears in front of the Printer Selection Option.
In the Advanced Print Setup Select the Print As Image Check Box. Choose whatever resolution you prefer. Click OK, Print. It should work.

Same here. I have version 2019.012.20034 on Mac OS Sequoia and Mac OS Sonora and it won't print a document that was created with that app because of pages not selected. The same document prints fine in Apple Preview.

Thank you for reaching out.
Please try updating the application to the latest version. If that does not help, try printing using the print as an image option. You may use the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4dRSz6T. Check if that helps.
When printing the PDF, does the error occur with all the files or with a particular file? Please share a sample PDF to replicate the behavior.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
