My table of content doesn´t show up when using Google Chrome

We created a handbook using Power Point and Adobe ppt. When looking at the handbook in Internet Explorer my users can navigate with the help of the table of content.

When looking at the same dokument,using Google Chrome this table of content is lost leaving us with a 300 page pile of information to search.

Can anyone please advice what we should do?

I get very limited support from our IT service

    It seems to be a known bug  that will be solved with Chrome 47. Thanks for your help.

      To add to Bernd's answer, Google Chrome uses it's own pdf viewer and not Adobe Reader.
