Need Help Adding Microsoft Store Version of Acrobat Reader to App Protection Policy in Intune

As the title suggests:

We are deploying the Store version of Acrobat Reader in Intune, but we need to add it to an app protection policy so that it can be used to access company data (i.e. I can open a PDF from Outlook in Reader).

I'm being asked for "Name", "Publisher", and "Package Name". I'm pretty sure the publisher is "O=ADOBE INC., L=SAN JOSE, S=CA, C=US". I've tried a few different things for the other parameters but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be appreciated!
