Need way to save an editable pdf on mobile as image

I have created an editable pdf that can be downloaded from my website (or emailed to people). The intent is for people to customize the pdf with their name in the editable textbox then use it as a screen saver on mobile phones, ipads or desktop computer. 

THE CHALLENGE is HOW CAN THE PDF (for free) BE SAVED as IMAGE OR JPEG IF OPENED ON MOBILE PHONE? 

Is there a way I can embed the pdf reader on our wordpress site and allow folk to edit, save, and download from there?  

I am looking for the best way I should provide the editable pdf and direct people to how they can save and use it as an image, without requiring them to create accounts elsewhere, download apps or go through multiple steps.
