Question

Open PDF and it is too small

So i open PDFs and then it is always too small.

So i click settings and options my only option is to type in my name.  That doesnt help. Where can i get to actual settings?

So i have to move cursor all the way down to the right to click that ADD button.

Then the pdf shifts left and when i scroll down it re-aligns and is centered. weird.

How do i set this up so that the initial pdf isnt small and i dont have to go down to that plus sign to make it bigger every single time.

I enlarged the size and then did a SAVE AS and when i went back in , it was again, too small and i had to enlarge again. I cant save in the size i want? why is this so limited??

There are also issues once in a while where stuff gets jumbled, but that is rare.  Why is there no settings option to set things up as you want them??

You'd have to ask Mr and Mrs Screen Name...

Sorry, my mistake. It IS an 800 number. But it still isn't for free software.

    Hi Gmoproa,

    Sorry to hear your experience.

There is an option to change the settings as per your requirement which is limited to certain level.

For detailed description you may refer to the help documents where everything mentioned steps by step-

Viewing PDFs and viewing preferences, Adobe Acrobat

    Adjusting PDF views

You may also check the Preferences>Document> Check"Restore last view settings when opening document" is selected.

So after making the changes (as suggested in the help doc) you need to close the app and when you open it next it would appear in same way you closed it.

Let us know if it still doesn't help you or this is not what you were referring to.

    Thanks,

    Akanchha

So i went to the app and found the settings there.

Then i set Page Display to 200% to test this.

Then i downloaded a PDF and it was still same. Changing the page display did nothing.

How can i set it so that the PDF opens to a bigger zoom???? Please let me know.

ALso, in settings and display, i checked 'Always show document page size' and on the pdf i do not see anything about page size.

Need some answers on this. Nothing seems to work. i dont want to have to click that plus sign way down to bottom right every time i open or download a PDF. also tired of the pdf shifting left after i click the plus and then it coming back to center when i scroll down. Gets tiresome. Can anyone help me out here?

    Hi G. Moore,

I would like to mention Reader Touch is not recommended for Windows 10.

You may try installing Reader DC on your machine and that should work fine: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
