openning files with acrobat reader

Question

I have a problem with oppening pdf file. I always must change width of window, close panel on left side of winfow, than choose: File View Modes - Fit to Width Scrolling, than choose Hand Tool.

I tried to click to check box for: Edit - Preferences - Restore Last view settings when reopenning documents,

but it doesn´t work.

Can you help me, how to save this manualy work I must do whe I always open new pdf for reading?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described, you are getting problems with opening the PDF file

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to open? Please try with a different PDF file and check

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

A new version 20.009.20063 is now available for Acrobat/Reader DC. Please update the application to the new version go to Help > Check for Updates.

You may also try to repair the installation (For Windows Only) Go to Help > Repair Installation and see if that works.
